I came to the site just to have a glance. Should I register?
Yes. Even you have just come for a glance, you may register for free which will take hardly a minute. With that, our customer Service Executives will contact you for updating Special offers and other promotional information.

How do I register?
Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself by providing basic information and communication details that will allow us to initiate for transactions. Registering with us is completely free and easy. Once you fill-up the details, you shall receive a call from Customer Service Executive, to validate the process of registration. Once validated, your ID and password for Login will be sent to your mail ID, which you may use for further Logins. Not Yet Registered? Do it Right now.

How to Buy?
It’s very easy and convenient. Just Login with your ID and Password. You can either find your product on our search facilities or by navigating into the various product type/categories. Select any product and enter the quantity required and add to Cart. You can always add products to cart at any point of time. You can edit the product quantity while they are placed in Cart. Once you finish up, you need to proceed for the final stage of submitting the order to us by pressing the Order Confirm Button.

When my order will be delivered?
When you place the order online, you will be getting the Order No or Order ID. You may provide the preferred date and time of delivery in the order page itself. It will be Dispatch on your request. If nothing is specified, then we will confirm your availability along with billing details with you and will deliver it within 4 Hrs from the time of ordering, if orders are placed before 6PM. If it is after 6PM, then it will be Dispatch in the next day.

How to make payments for the items I ordered?
You can make the Payment at the time of delivery to our Delivery Executive. Payment may be made by cash or by Credit or Debit cards. You can also use selected Sodexo Passes. An additional service charge of 1% will be added to the bill if payment is made by Credit or Debit Card. We don’t collect information about your cards or ask for payment at the time of ordering itself. Payment is only against delivery.

Our Customer Support Executive will collect all relevant details from you and convert your order to online and will deliver you the materials.

What if I have forgotten my Shopping Password?
If you don’t remember your Password, Use the Forgot Password Link on the Login Page. All you need to do is specify your email address and submit. Our Customer Support will send the Password to your email address.

How Can I Change my Shopping Password?
If you want to Change your Shopping Password, you need to click on the Change Password Link in My Account. All you need to do is Update the New Password that requires to be changed and confirm the same. Once the Password is changed a Confirmation email will be sent on your email address specified at the time of registration.

How Can I Edit my Personal details?
If you wish to Edit the Personal details specified at the time of registration, you need to click on Edit Personal Data Link in the My Account Section.

How do I Track my Order?
You will be informed about your Order Status to the mobile number provided by you during registration.. However, you can check the status of your orders by logging into the My Account Section and clicking on the particular order. If you are not satisfied with the information, you may please Contact Customer Support.

Can I Change/Cancel the details of my Order?
You can always change or cancel the order before we ship the materials from our Depot, which is at least 4 hours before the preferred delivery time given by you during ordering. Stores on Doors reserve all rights for Order Cancellation. You may contact Customer Support for any other support needed in this regard

Can I send a Product to a different Address?
Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the product to the Cart.
